• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI/ML integration. • Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with agency objectives. • Conduct gap analysis to determine where automation and predictive analytics can enhance mission workflows. • Work closely with data scientists and architects to translate business requirements into AI/ML models and workflows. • Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and compliance standards. • Assist in defining success metrics and performance indicators for AI/ML initiatives. • Analyze existing mission processes and recommend AI-driven optimizations, such as predictive risk assessments or automated incident classification. • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of AI/ML tools across operational teams. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI/ML solutions to confirm functionality and usability. • Document findings and coordinate with technical teams for refinement.

Job Requirements

  • All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. This requires candidates to either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System which will require that candidates have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a valid and non-expired passport from their country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years hands-on business process modeling (BPMN) and documenting functional/non-functional requirements, with a track record of successfully executed projects and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with a variety of collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Team, Powerpoint, Visio, Sharepoint, Excel)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for data storytelling.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing impact assessments and business cases for technology adoption.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate work.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
