• Assist with developing a comprehensive migration strategies based on business and technical requirements. • Assess the current IT landscape and define the scope of migration. • Assist with choosing the appropriate hosting model and cloud service providers. • Develop detailed migration and/or transformation plans. • Lead the migration process to minimize downtime and business disruption. • Oversee data migration, application refactoring, and integration with cloud-native services. • Communicate migration progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll plan, design, and implement Sage X3 solutions that support clients’ business operations and strategic goals. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop effective solutions, and ensure successful deployment. The role blends business process understanding with strong functional and technical knowledge of Sage X3 to deliver real value to clients. You’ll also use your communication and problem-solving skills to guide clients through analysis, configuration, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring each project is delivered with quality and care. Key Responsibilities • Lead Sage X3 implementations from planning through post-go-live support • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions • Document workflows, functional specifications, and configuration details • Identify integration points and recommend best practices for optimization • Partner with clients during testing and acceptance phases to ensure solutions meet business objectives • Provide support for upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements • Assist with pre-sales efforts by contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution demonstrations • Maintain expertise in Sage X3 functionality, configuration, and new version updates • Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and continuously improve processes and delivery Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sage X3 Functional Consultant • Proven track record leading Sage X3 implementations in manufacturing and/or distribution environments • Strong understanding of Sage X3 financials, inventory, distribution, production, and supply chain modules • Experience with bills of materials, scheduling, shipping, and EDI integrations • Excellent communication and client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience documenting business and technical requirements clearly and accurately • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals and metrics for portfolio of Franchisees • Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees • Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth • Develop plan to coach Franchisee through regular check-ins • Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals • Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress • Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants • Provide support during all remodel and new store openings • Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners • Participate and work with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts • Perform restaurant evaluations in assigned territory • Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee • Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by Director of Franchise Operations • Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner.
