You’ll also use your communication and problem-solving skills to guide clients through analysis, configuration, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring each project is delivered with quality and care. Key Responsibilities • Lead Sage X3 implementations from planning through post-go-live support • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions • Document workflows, functional specifications, and configuration details • Identify integration points and recommend best practices for optimization • Partner with clients during testing and acceptance phases to ensure solutions meet business objectives • Provide support for upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements • Assist with pre-sales efforts by contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution demonstrations • Maintain expertise in Sage X3 functionality, configuration, and new version updates • Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and continuously improve processes and delivery Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sage X3 Functional Consultant • Proven track record leading Sage X3 implementations in manufacturing and/or distribution environments • Strong understanding of Sage X3 financials, inventory, distribution, production, and supply chain modules • Experience with bills of materials, scheduling, shipping, and EDI integrations • Excellent communication and client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience documenting business and technical requirements clearly and accurately • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
