Role Description Own the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-enabled purple team penetration testing and adversary emulation frameworks that continuously validate enterprise defenses, accelerate detection engineering, and operationalize offensive findings through automation and measurement at enterprise scale. - Design and operationalize AI-driven, automated penetration testing and adversary emulation harnesses that combine agentic systems, behavior-based attack orchestration, and TTP chaining to enable continuous purple-team validation across large enterprise environments, replacing episodic assessments with measurable, repeatable testing cycles. - Build scalable attack and defense proving grounds by developing reusable, vendor-agnostic automation layers, capability specifications, and CI-grade validation controls that securely integrate deterministic and generative tooling while enforcing policy, lineage, and rules-of-engagement at scale. - Accelerate skill development and detection maturity across teams by pairing automated attack frameworks with structured feedback loops, telemetry-driven scoring, and co-development workflows that directly connect offensive techniques to detection logic, tuning, and defensive training programs. - Lead enterprise-wide adoption of next-generation purple team methodologies by standardizing data models, attack metadata, and measurement strategies aligned to MITRE ATT&CK, OCSF, and threat intelligence frameworks, enabling executive-level visibility into defensive posture, control efficacy, and improvement over time. Qualifications - Experience in executing IT strategy, delivery and complex initiatives. - Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership. - Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment. - At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
