• Communicate with homeowners in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text • Answer customer questions regarding project timelines, scheduling, inspections, service, and system activation • Coordinate with operations, scheduling, permitting, service, and installation teams to provide accurate updates • Document homeowner communication and account activity within company systems • Assist with resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Escalate operational or service-related issues when necessary • Support appointment confirmations, reschedules, and project follow-ups • Maintain professional communication standards while representing SpartanX • Help improve customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely communication
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during difficult conversations
- Comfortable learning and navigating CRMs and operational systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Prior experience in solar, construction, home services, or operations support preferred
- Experience working with scheduling systems or CRMs
- Bilingual customer support experience in a high-volume environment
