• Communicate with homeowners in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text • Answer customer questions regarding project timelines, scheduling, inspections, service, and system activation • Coordinate with operations, scheduling, permitting, service, and installation teams to provide accurate updates • Document homeowner communication and account activity within company systems • Assist with resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Escalate operational or service-related issues when necessary • Support appointment confirmations, reschedules, and project follow-ups • Maintain professional communication standards while representing SpartanX • Help improve customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely communication

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during difficult conversations

You will be embedded within the client’s operations, serving as a vital point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they remain supported, informed, and engaged with the care plans designed for them.
