Als Customer Success Coach bei Erschaffe dich neu bist du die konstante Begleitung an der Seite unserer Klienten – vom Programmstart bis zum Abschluss. Du sorgst dafür, dass Klienten das Programm nicht nur beginnen, sondern wirklich durchlaufen, Ergebnisse erzielen und ewig bei uns bleiben. Deine Arbeit umfasst dabei mehr als klassisches Coaching: - Regelmäßige 1:1-Calls, Gruppencoachings und Follow-Ups. - Stellen sicher, dass mindestens 50% aller Klienten ein weiteres Produkt bei uns kaufen. - Gezielte Termine mit unserem Sales-Team legen, damit dieser Schritt auch stattfindet. Qualifications - Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strukturierten Betreuung von Menschen – ob im Coaching, in der Pflege, im öffentlichen Dienst, in der Beratung, als Lehrer, bei der Polizei oder Bundeswehr oder vergleichbar. - Starke Kommunikation: Du weißt, wie man Menschen abholt, Vertrauen aufbaut und auch unbequeme Wahrheiten klar ausspricht. - Disziplinierte, prozesstreue Arbeitsweise – du folgst einem System, bevor du es hinterfragst. - Emotionale Stabilität: Du kannst mit vielen Klienten gleichzeitig empathisch sein, ohne selbst auszubrennen. - Hintergrund in strukturierten Umfeldern (Bundeswehr, Polizei, Pflege, öffentlicher Dienst, Leistungssport o. ä.) ist ein klares Plus. - Du willst gemeinsam im Team etwas aufbauen und einen festen Klientenstamm betreuen.
