CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - Hold or be qualified to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator’s License in the area of Birth-Kindergarten; - Must hold and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license according to the State of NC requirements.
