Scaleway
• Act as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales phase for enterprise prospects and clients • Understand customer business needs and technical constraints to design Scaleway-based architectures • Support clients throughout the discovery and migration journey until the project transitions to support • Conduct in-depth technical discovery and propose custom solutions leveraging Scaleway products • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer challenges • Drive technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with clients • Maintain and share knowledge on Scaleway’s evolving cloud offering • Participate in improving internal pre-sales tools and processes • Represent Scaleway at industry events and webinars when needed • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Pre-Sales practice and documentation
Job Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles
- Experience working with public cloud solutions and migrations
- Familiarity with container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, or Linux systems
- Solid understanding of application/server architectures and datacenter environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

Role Description The Networking Specialist team is responsible for improving the adoption of NetScaler within CSG Enterprise accounts, focusing on driving the take out of competitive products to deliver more value to customers from their platform license. - Be the primary Sales Engineer for the assigned country/region in support of the sales efforts for Citrix NetScaler solutions. - Create and deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and network designs and support. - Participate in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects. - Create formal relationships with key decision makers and serve as external spokesperson for Citrix. - Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of intelligent application switching issues and trends as they relate to Citrix NetScaler solutions. - Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address proofs of concepts products or technologies. - Provide a role within the sales teams in assessing potential application of Citrix products to meet customer’s business needs. - Leverage Business Value and/or Consultative sales processes toward prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process. - Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Executive and/or Account Technology Strategist by identifying the Technical Decision Maker, getting their technical validation, support, and sponsorship. - Present and communicate at an executive level to both customers and prospects to articulate the value proposition and help them understand Citrix innovation and strategy. - Gather technical requirements from customers and align those to Citrix solutions, managing both technical and competitive objections. - Build and manage complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a value engagement process. - Positively influence and willingly contribute to opportunities beyond their own territory assignment. - Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources, sharing best practices, updates, and offering and seeking expertise as the need arises in various opportunities.
