We are currently seeking a Public Relations Account Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is someone who is extremely skilled in media and influencer relations. They truly understand how to tell the story of a brand and how to bring that story to life with a compelling communications strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking to grow into our next great strategic communicator. Whether you come in with years of experience or we train you from the ground up, Account Coordinators (AC) are exceptional specialists and fully competent in the agency's core services. Supporting multiple tech and lifestyle clients, day-to-day activities include media pitching, coordinating coverage with media, list building, strategy development, industry/competitor research, client communications, internal training, hit tracking and report preparation. Skilled in crafting pitches, over time AC's become recognized agency-wide for their ability to land quality coverage across a variety of media outlets. Early-stage ACs work in support roles on most accounts, but exposure to client communications on calls, emails and in-person is core to their development and will be a concentration from day one. As communication abilities strengthen, high-performing ACs will begin proactively taking lead on client initiatives, eventually directing their own clients, moving to the Account Executive (AE) position as they take more prominent roles on accounts. A Few Things to Note About This Role: - All team members are client-facing and heavily involved with senior leaders in strategic planning. You will not be in the background on accounts, the opportunity for fast growth is available daily. - Key responsibility is to consistently produce results within our core services of media and influencer relations. - Coordinators are highly skilled at media-facing communications including trade shows, media events, and pitches. - Coordinators are execution specialists, constantly fine-tuning their daily approach to become more efficient. - Always learning is key to the advancement of this role, be a student of client communications and strategy development, actively seeking out every opportunity to learn from agency senior team leads Cover Letter: Please include a cover letter detailing something interesting about yourself and/or your career that we will not get from reading your resume. Others will do the same. While Optional, We Would Think It Was Cool If You Could: - Run a 5k in under 25 minutes. We have 2 or 3 people that can do this, but we have a couple of Ironman athletes (including Max), a few marathoners and a mountain biker who does 80+ mile races. Lots of yogis too. - Solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute. We had an intern that could and it was mind-blowing. - Compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She competed in the Pan-American Championship, the largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in North America, she's also one of our new Account Coordinators. - Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. Our Director of Operations did this, only blacked-out from high altitude and oxygen deprivation once. Nailed it. - Be a world champion in anything. Youngest Yo-Yo World Champion in history worked with us for years. - Start your own business. Max did...and one guy owns his own photography business...the rest of us are working on it. - A snake shot (Foosball). Google it. No spinning.

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Publisher Relations intern to work closely with our Content Strategy and Relationships Team, which manages the publisher partners that disseminate their publications on JSTOR. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in managing relationships with publishers of electronic academic journals, learn about the scholarly publishing of licensed and open access journals, and work with individuals focusing on the nuances of content curation. You will have the opportunity to learn project management and to help identify important journals to support academic scholarship on JSTOR. You will assist the Content Strategy team in identifying journals that can be published as open access on JSTOR, increasing the discoverability and usage of these journals to individuals around the world.This position will report to the Senior Publisher Relations Manager. This is a full-time internship, the intern is expected to work 40 hours per week. The internship spans a period of 12 weeks, beginning on June 1, 2026. Responsibilities The intern will support one or more projects during their term. • Serve as the day-to-day contact for Published Monthly™ clients. • Conduct onboarding interviews (collect bios, headshots, logos, ICPs, goals). • Deliver content pillar, prompt, and subreddit reports for client validation. • Share AI Visibility Layer instructions after each article is published and confirm client implementation. • Send monthly light coverage reports (CoverageBook PDF + preview of upcoming work). • Package and deliver quarterly AI Visibility Reports (with manager oversight). • Join quarterly client calls to review visibility results and recommendations. • Maintain client status in Monday.com (deliverables, health, open issues, upsell opportunities). • Log client confirmations, delays, or missing items in the system. • Ensure AI Visibility Layer instructions are sent within 3 business days of publication. • Track publication status → from draft → submission → live → instructions delivered. • Escalate risks (e.g., missed deadlines, unresponsive clients, visibility issues) to PR Manager. • Review AI-generated drafts before submission: Verify working links. • Run AI-detection check (must show 0% flagged as AI-written). • Check tone, clarity, grammar, and client alignment. • QA reports and client updates before delivery. • Ensure version control in Google Drive (naming conventions, final versions).
