Outside Sales Representative

URSROBOT Inc.

• Develop new prospects and interact with assigned customers to increase sales • Engage with all levels of the customers’ organizations, including technical, operations, and management • Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals, and/or product demonstrations • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to conversion and long-term retention • Optimize sales funnel through structured activity, testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up • Act as a senior consultant to external partners for growth through high-tech solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Native or professional fluency in English; Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage.
