Role Overview To support our rapid growth, we seek an experienced healthcare consultant to join Chartis as an Associate Partner in our Academic Alignment practice, a part of our Strategic Transformation Line of Business. Associate Partners are integral members of our firm’s leadership team, contributing to firm building efforts while managing 2 consulting engagements at a time. Engagements typically span 3-6 months in duration and are supported by teams of ~2-4 Consultants and Analysts. Some travel will be required and remote work is allowed. Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Sector Leader with Client Account Management experience to lead the transportation markets across the United States. This role is a key part of Weston’s growth strategy to expand our portfolio of private sector clients. - Existing relationships in high growth transportation industries, including railroads, DOTs, long haul trucking firms, package delivery and rental trucking firms or related experience required. - Responsible for strategic planning, client outreach and branding to capture market share. - Primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions. - Expected to have a proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver a wide variety of competencies to clients such as construction services, engineering design, environmental planning & permitting, digital solutions, multi-media compliance, site investigation and remediation.
