Role Description We are a fast-paced residential construction and real estate firm seeking a Finance Admin to support our in-house bookkeeping team. This is a critical “engine room” role designed to take manual, repetitive data-entry and system-syncing tasks off the plate of our senior finance staff. Your primary mission is to ensure that financial data is accurately mirrored across multiple platforms. You will manage the flow of information between payment systems, accounting software, and project management tools.
