As a professional NEMT driver, you will ensure members, including the elderly and those with disabilities, reach their healthcare destinations safely and on time.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older.
  • Vehicle Standards: Use your own 2010 or newer 4-door vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Minivan) in excellent condition.
  • Communication: Fluent in English for member safety and coordination; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Safety Mindset: A commitment to on-time performance and "Door-to-Door" member assistance.
  • Onboarding & Safety Compliance: To maintain the highest safety standards for our members, all prospective partners must meet the following industry qualifications during the onboarding process:
  • Safety Screening: Includes a national background check and a review of your 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Health & Safety: Successful completion of a standard drug screening.
  • Training: Drivers must complete industry-standard safety and sensitivity training (including passenger assistance and defensive driving).
  • Insurance Status: Must be a named insured driver on a personal auto policy.
