Title: SEO Analyst Location: Argentina Job Description: Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit? As a SEO Analyst your primary focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your growing SEO knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverable and the wider team around you. You will also start to contribute to client briefs, applying our test and learn approach, sharing success across the practice. You’ll follow all QA policies and processes and will begin to identify any improvements to ways of working, guidelines and generate ideas for automation. We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Creative & Technical Solutions team. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Creative Strategy, the Creative Project Manager will ensure the creative engine is well-oiled and flourishing. You will be responsible for managing a large set of creative assets, ensuring rapid turnaround and precise execution from the moment the brief lands. You will own and manage project workflows, build timelines, and serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal/external stakeholders. Team Management & Leadership - Engage in leadership responsibilities such as mentorship, strategy, and vision alignment to improve collaboration and operational efficiencies. - Provide guidance to designers and copywriters to ensure efficiency, smooth communication, and a clear understanding of deadlines and assignments. - Conduct one-on-one sessions with direct reports to assist in developing their career paths and goals, providing performance feedback within prescribed guidelines. - Assist the Talent Acquisition/HR team in staffing for related project management roles and training direct reports. - Recognize and report on the developmental needs of the project team to make their tasks a successful learning and motivational experience. Creative Sales Support - Coordinate and consult with creative team leadership to bring new creative ideas to the client that can support their goals and initiatives. - Refine client briefs and deliver recommendations to optimize workflows and operations, ensuring accurate ticket management, timely approvals, and scope alignment with leadership. - Work with other Creative Project Managers, senior team members, and client teams to create appropriate, workable ways to express the client’s communication needs and achieve key strategic initiatives. The Ideal Skill Set Qualifications & Experience - 3+ years of project management or related experience. - Fluent in English (US) - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of academic and practical experience). - 2–4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Experience in retail media, e-commerce, or working with large-scale retail clients is highly preferred. - Experience in a Marketing, Advertising, or Creative environment is a plus. - Ability to provide copywriting and copy editing support as needed. - Nice to have (but not required): Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Technical Skills - High level of expertise in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). - Wrike experience is preferred (client’s preferred PM software), but the ability to quickly learn Wrike and our internal PM/ticketing systems is essential. - Expert in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) or G Suite products (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets). - Familiarity with Adobe Creative products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. - Comfortable working with Mac computers/OSX.
