Software Partner Manager
iHorizons
• Own and grow iHorizons’ partner ecosystem across key technology vendors • Define and execute the overall partner ecosystem strategy and roadmap • Invest in relationships with peers at partner organizations • Facilitate communication and build trust with partners • Monitor requirements for maintaining partnership levels • Support and drive sales growth through partnerships • Own accountability for partner-sourced revenue targets and co-sell pipeline quotas • Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and partner deal registration • Conduct quarterly reviews with Heads of Presales and LOB Heads
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager role within IT/software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Technically competent with strong awareness of market trends and vendor solutions in IT and software
- Hands-on knowledge of key technology ecosystems relevant to iHorizons’ portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google or equivalent enterprise platforms)
- Understanding of cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solution landscapes.

Role Description The Key Account Manager is responsible for working with Wego's global product management team to develop new accounts for our existing chemical & ingredient product lines into end-use manufacturers in the target geography. This position will focus on Oil Field Services. Key Accounts Managers have an excellent understanding of their product and industry niche and are tasked with developing high-level clients and growing and maintaining strategic relationships within their region. - Cultivate and grow a healthy business portfolio within the target geography, using a long-term perspective. - Manage the entire sales channel, generate leads, gain approvals, negotiate prices, obtain orders, and maintain the business. - Conduct market research, attend trade shows, and stay current with industry trends. - Aid in demand forecasting to inform the purchasing patterns of Wego's various product groups related to your industry category. - Anticipate and proactively respond to business needs and the needs of your customers. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing of chemicals & ingredients - High energy, go-getter, entrepreneurial mentality - Ability to foster and manage customer relationships with a client-friendly personality - Ability to self-organize and be ultimately accountable for the satisfaction of your customers - A commitment to going above and beyond to make clients happy with a "no task too small" outlook - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required.
