• Act as an inspirational Line manager to HOKA Store Managers, ensuring all teams are aligned with a clear brand vision and measurable business objectives • Communicate regularly with your stores on a weekly basis via visits, virtual and written correspondence • Grow outlet stores sales year on year and maximize store profitability as well as manage regional new store opening opportunities and refits • Drive excellence across outlet store business models • Work collaboratively with the EMEA Retail function to deliver DTC business strategy and goals • Ensure all business activities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and operating policies across your region • Drive stores to exceed customer service standards at every customer touch point • Coach and develop HOKA Store Management to optimize performance and provide succession for the business • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Store Management • Travel regularly within the region and internationally as required • Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business.
Job Requirements
- Outlet retail management experience in a similar industry
- An affinity with the HOKA brand journey
- Experience as an established multi-site manager is a plus
- An understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your region
- Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.

The Dealer.com Performance Manager is expected to build and maintain relationships with external clients and ensure client needs are the driving force behind priorities, decisions, and activities in order to ensure success through product utilization, product upgrades, group harvest sales, and revenue retention. The Performance Manager owns the client relationship on behalf of the company and will act as the client advocate internally by communicating the client's needs to various departments.
