Translate data into clear, actionable insights that help evaluate opportunity quality, pipeline health, and performance trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal & Risk, and Operational Teams to support the evaluation and execution of growth opportunities as well as product evolution. Contribute to cross-functional projects through deep understanding of Leap’s business model, unit economics, and operating capabilities. - Brand & Platform Support: Develop a strong understanding of Leap’s business model and value proposition. Support external-facing materials and conversations by tailoring Leap’s platform narrative to prospective brand partners’ P&L structures, growth objectives, and operating models. Our Ideal Candidate Has - 1-3 years in GTM operations, RevOps, growth ops, or a high-growth startup, consulting or banking (hands-on experience building automations, tools, or operational workflows). - Strong business and financial acumen with comfort navigating models, data, and deal documentation. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to build, pressure-test, and clearly explain analyses with limited guidance. - A “no task too big or too small” approach, with the ability to switch seamlessly between detailed execution and higher-level problem solving. - Self-starting, accountable, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. - Interest in consumer brands, retail, real estate, and platform businesses. - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Outcomes & Measures of Success - Ship automations and AI-enabled workflows that meaningfully reduce manual work and increase execution velocity across the Growth function. - Develop deep familiarity with Leap’s growth approach and underwriting model, producing materials that directly inform high-quality strategic and deal decisions. - Improve the speed, consistency, and quality of Growth outputs through strong execution and process support. - Contribute meaningfully to quarterly and annual targets across brand signings, locations added, revenue, margin, and real estate utilization. - Support initiatives that improve the overall mix of brands, leases, and stores across the platform. - Be a trusted, reliable partner and team member within the Growth organization and a positive contributor to a high-performance team culture.
