This role shifts focus from traditional merchandising to developing and deploying precise operational Proven Playbooks: Easy & Optimized. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and Digital, the manager ensures the retail program enhances the Omnichannel Journey and contributes to brand awareness, loyalty, and the aspiration of leading the way as the #1 Franchisor dedicated to Women's Wellness. The Senior Manager, Retail Commerce, leads all operational strategy, planning, supply chain, and execution oversight across Franchise Studios, Company Owned Studios, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels. This role also owns full end-to-end digital execution of the barre3 retail program, including day-to-day site merchandising, product management, order operations, and e-commerce analytics. Qualifications - Proven expertise in retail operations, supply chain, inventory planning, and logistics. - Highly skilled in developing and deploying structured retail strategies, planograms, and field execution guides (playbooks). - Expert ability to analyze financial metrics (margin, COGS, sell-through) and use data to drive profitability and inventory decisions, demonstrating a commitment to Leading with Data. - 2+ years of direct experience managing a Shopify backend (including apps and integrations). - Experience owning day-to-day digital operations including site audits, promotional campaign setup, order flow troubleshooting, and warehouse coordination. - Ability to independently pull and analyze weekly performance reports (Top Sellers, CVR, AOV) and provide data-driven insights without reliance on a dedicated analyst.
