Role Description The Senior Manager, Retail Commerce, is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling the retail program to deliver Industry-Leading Studio Unit Economics and ensuring Studio Profitability First across the entire franchise network. This role shifts focus from traditional merchandising to developing and deploying precise operational Proven Playbooks: Easy & Optimized. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and Digital, the manager ensures the retail program enhances the Omnichannel Journey and contributes to brand awareness, loyalty, and the aspiration of leading the way as the #1 Franchisor dedicated to Women's Wellness. The Senior Manager, Retail Commerce, leads all operational strategy, planning, supply chain, and execution oversight across Franchise Studios, Company Owned Studios, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels. This role also owns full end-to-end digital execution of the barre3 retail program, including day-to-day site merchandising, product management, order operations, and e-commerce analytics. Qualifications - Proven expertise in retail operations, supply chain, inventory planning, and logistics. - Highly skilled in developing and deploying structured retail strategies, planograms, and field execution guides (playbooks). - Expert ability to analyze financial metrics (margin, COGS, sell-through) and use data to drive profitability and inventory decisions, demonstrating a commitment to Leading with Data. - 2+ years of direct experience managing a Shopify backend (including apps and integrations). - Experience owning day-to-day digital operations including site audits, promotional campaign setup, order flow troubleshooting, and warehouse coordination. - Ability to independently pull and analyze weekly performance reports (Top Sellers, CVR, AOV) and provide data-driven insights without reliance on a dedicated analyst. Role Description Barre3 is looking for a high-impact Marketing Operations & Franchise Enablement Manager, the operational heart of our marketing team. This is a role for a disciplined operator who lives by their checklists and takes genuine pride in being the person everyone else depends on to keep the engine running. Project and cross-functional stakeholder management is your wheelhouse. You thrive in complexity and make order out of chaos. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Operations, serving as the connective tissue between our Support Center team and our 170+ franchise owners. On the operations side, you are the steward of our momentum: - You own the systems that keep us organized. - You ensure our marketing roadmap is translated into clear deliverables. - You protect the team’s focus by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. On the franchise side, you are the empathetic and authoritative face of our marketing team, the first call our Franchise Business Coaches make when they need additional support and/or guidance on marketing initiatives. - Primary residence must be in the following states: CA, DC, FL, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX & WA Qualifications - Core Value Alignment: Must embody the barre3 values: Practice Authenticity, Stronger Together, Love of Learning, Give Generously, and Make It Happen. - Experience: 4-6 years in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, or Project Management. Experience in a franchise or multi-unit brand is strongly preferred. - Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from executives to creative partners to franchisees, maintaining high-trust relationships while driving results. - Presentation & Facilitation: Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups (up to 170+ owners) and facilitating live meetings. - Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Airtable). - Communication: Exceptional written skills with a knack for simplifying complex information for a non-marketing audience.
