Role Description D&G is seeking an SAP BusinessObjects Systems Administrator to support steady-state operations and platform sustainment for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment and Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program. The IGC program provides a unified platform for enterprise data, business services, and reporting capabilities that support global supply, distribution, and logistics operations across combatant commands, military services, and federal agencies. This role supports both SAP BusinessObjects platform administration and the underlying Linux-based server environment, including participation in system upgrades and secure enclave compliance activities. What You Will Do: - Administer and maintain SAP BusinessObjects environments, including installation, configuration, user management, content promotion, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. - Monitor system health including logs, services, job status, and performance indicators to ensure stable and reliable operations. - Respond to and resolve user-submitted issues through structured support processes, performing root-cause analysis as needed. - Execute and support SAP BusinessObjects upgrade activities, including installation packages, configuration validation, and post-upgrade testing. - Administer and support Linux-based servers (RHEL preferred), including service management, log analysis, patching, and OS-level upgrade participation. - Support Linux server-level upgrade processes in coordination with infrastructure and security teams. - Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements, including DISA STIG guidance and routine security scans. - Collaborate with DBAs, data engineers, and middleware administrators to ensure BusinessObjects functionality aligns with backend systems and authentication services. - Support documentation, audit readiness, and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - A bachelor’s degree in any field plus an approved DoD cybersecurity certification may be substituted. - 5+ years of experience administering SAP BusinessObjects in enterprise environments. - 5+ years of experience administering Linux systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred), including OS-level patching and upgrade processes. - Experience supporting SAP BusinessObjects upgrades and multi-environment deployments. - Experience working in secure DoD environments. - Experience supporting systems subject to DISA STIG compliance. - Active DoD Secret clearance. Requirements - Experience supporting USTRANSCOM or DoD logistics systems (preferred). - Experience administering WebLogic or similar middleware platforms (preferred). - Experience supporting Oracle databases, LDAP, or identity synchronization systems (preferred). - Familiarity with Teradata, Informatica, or ETL ecosystems (preferred). Role Description We are seeking an experienced WSS Engineer / Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) to support, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our Epic ecosystem.
