• Own end-to-end analytics workflows: define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, and build scalable data models • Identify and drive improvements across the developer and analytics lifecycle: uncover bottlenecks, quantify their impact, then partner with teams to drive alignment and deliver measurable impact. • Build and maintain high-quality analytics foundations: establish best practices for testing, alerting, documentation, and code review to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and trusted. • Support efforts to identify and organize key business metrics, helping improve discoverability, alignment, and clarity across teams. • Continuously seek out implementing improved operational workflows and more effective analytics solutions. • Elevate the analytics community at Affirm: contribute to shared tooling, reviewing colleagues' pull requests, drive knowledge sharing, and increase cross-team collaboration.

• You’ll embed with customers in your local market, onsite where needed, to deeply understand their workflows, constraints, and what “success” looks like in the real world. • You’ll lead technical discovery, solution design, and delivery for high-impact customer deployments: integrations, data onboarding, workflow configuration, and new product capabilities required to unlock value. • You’ll build and ship production code that extends Partly’s core SaaS + API platform often in tight feedback loops with users without compromising reliability, security, or maintainability. • You’ll connect the dots between customer needs and our product/engineering roadmap: translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, scoped milestones, and measurable outcomes. • You’ll be the hands-on technical owner for deployments post-launch: troubleshoot live issues, improve observability, harden edge cases, and drive continuous improvement. • You’ll become an expert in the complex (and messy) auto parts domain and help customers modernise how they source, identify, and transact parts.

• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. • Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. • Build and optimize high-performance backend services using C# .NET and Node.js. • Manage infrastructure using Terraform across many AWS PaaS. • Architect complex database schemas and optimize queries in MSSQL. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and project roadmaps. • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation.
