Role Description Veedma is a telehealth practice for men's hormonal and sexual health. The product encompasses: - Patient flow: intake, lab ordering, provider review, prescriptions, messaging, billing. - Integration with Akute (EMR) and Stripe (billing). - AI-native features utilizing OpenAI's API from Python. You will work directly with both founders every day. The CTO will review your code. Qualifications - 7-8+ years building production web apps end-to-end. - Healthcare experience, particularly in telehealth, EHR, digital therapeutics, or medical-device companies. - Strong Python skills, with production-level experience. - Experience with external integrations, particularly payments, EHR, messaging, or identity. - Experience shipping LLM features to real users. - Comfortable with tooling and building internal dashboards. Requirements - Hands-on experience in shipping features that real customers use and pay for. - Daily use of Claude Code for at least 6 months, with a deep understanding of its capabilities. - Ability to ship across the stack daily, including frontend, backend, schema migrations, and infrastructure. - Experience with tests on critical parts of the codebase. This role is for a builder who happens to do growth, focusing on: - Running several tests simultaneously on different time horizons. - Building tooling that enables growth efforts. - Leveraging content, community presence, and patient experience for growth. You will own: - How many tests are live each week and patients added each quarter. - Finding new channels and communities for growth. - Building relationships with creators and community voices in men's health. - Creating referral loops and enhancing existing patient referrals. - Writing copy and conducting funnel tests. Qualifications - 7-8+ years in growth, organic acquisition, partnerships, or "founding growth" roles. - Experience taking at least one brand from early traction to scale without relying on paid media. - Background in healthcare, specifically in telehealth, pharmacy, or supplements. - Desire to stay in healthcare for the long term. - Proficiency in Claude Code with 6+ months of daily use. - Ability to build and automate processes independently. - Basic SQL skills for data analysis. - Knowledge of rules for marketing prescription telehealth in the US. Requirements - Experience in hormone health, men's health, or sexual health. - A portfolio showcasing automations or growth hacks you have built and shipped.
