Marketing Content Coordinator

• Facilitate the development of creative assets between internal marketing teams and external contractors, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. • Publish content and maintain a compelling and consistent brand presence on organic social media platforms. • Coordinator development of organic web content. • Publish and maintain organic content ensuring SEO best practices. • Partner with lifecycle marketing to develop and test new campaign content. • Support reputation management initiatives, including coordination and maintenance of review and referral campaigns. • Support marketing compliance by submitting assets for legal review and responding to documentation and data requests. • Assist with other marketing and sales process operations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in general education or business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Internship and/or prior project coordination or administrative support is a plus.
  • Proficiency with social media best practices including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to develop relevant and compelling marketing content, leveraging research and AI tools.
  • Ability to differentiate channel best practices and translate content accordingly.
  • Interest in learning SEO best practices.
  • Aptitude for learning new tools and software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Strong project planning and organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
