Pipeline Analyst
Option Care Health
• Monitor pharmaceutical and biotechnology pipelines to identify emerging infusion-administered and specialty drug opportunities. • Maintain structured pipeline tracking tools, dashboards, and development timelines, including regulatory milestones and anticipated launch dates. • Support market sizing analyses, including patient population estimates, site-of-care considerations, and competitive landscape assessments. • Build and update financial models to estimate revenue, margin, and cost-to-serve impacts under various launch and growth scenarios. • Track changes in clinical, regulatory, pricing, and reimbursement assumptions as assets progress through development. • Partner with internal stakeholders (Pharmacy, Nursing, Operations, Finance, Market Access, Trade & Contracting, IT, Legal, and Compliance) to assess operational feasibility and organizational readiness. • Assist in evaluating non-financial impacts such as staffing requirements, clinical training needs, drug handling complexity, technology integrations, and workflow changes. • Identify risks, dependencies, and key assumptions for each drug opportunity and escalate insights to the Pipeline Manager. • Maintain a centralized repository of past RFP responses, standard language, data points, and supporting documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Serve as the primary coordinator for RFPs related to pharmaceutical partnerships, drug launches, and infusion service capabilities. • Facilitate RFP inputs from internal departments by clearly defining requirements, timelines, and response expectations. • Compile, draft, and format RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Option Care Health’s capabilities and strategic priorities. • Coordinate reviews and approvals with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior stakeholders prior to submission. • Manage RFP submissions, including final quality checks, formatting, and on-time delivery. • Track RFP outcomes and incorporate learnings into future responses and pipeline assessments. • Prepare clear, concise analyses and presentation materials for pipeline reviews, RFP discussions, and leadership updates. • Support pipeline prioritization efforts by comparing opportunities across financial, strategic, operational, and partnership dimensions. • Help refine pipeline and RFP processes, templates, and analytical frameworks. • Ensure accuracy, documentation, and version control of assumptions, analyses, and RFP materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical/biotech, consulting, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or RFP/proposal management.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Role Description AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the Time Sensitive Strike Program, PMA-242.
