Senior Enterprise Application Analyst – Oracle EPM
AeroVironment
• The Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and support of AeroVironment’s Oracle Fusion EPM platform • Partners with business units and ensures every business decision is seen from the lens of our customer. • Collaborates with partner business units to reimagine how we can deliver the best processes possible using people, process, data, and technology • Executes solutions that bring awareness to team members and customers on the value add of their relationship with AV Business partners • Own and manage the Oracle Fusion EPM platform, including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Allocations, Narrative Reporting, Profitability & Cost, and Data Management. • Lead system architecture, integrations (EPM, ERP, and HR), automation, and platform optimization • Maintain strong system security, access controls, and compliance with DFARS, ITAR, CMMC, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks. • Stay current on Oracle EPM technologies, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of best practices. • Support audit readiness with transparent workflows, reconciliations, and system logs for DCAA/DCMA, external auditors, and Audit Committee reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Finance and/or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience of EPM consulting and implementation across Oracle EPM Cloud products.
- Successful delivery of at least 4 end-to-end implementations in two or more of the following modules: (Enterprise Planning) (Financial Consolidation & Close) (Account Reconciliation) Narrative Reporting Profitability & Cost Management Data Management
- Deep functional knowledge of financial processes, including planning, forecasting, workforce planning, CapEx planning, consolidations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Proven expertise as an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and integrated cloud solutions.
- Hands-on technical experience with EPM Data Integration, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
- Strong communication skills: oral presentations, writing, negotiation, active listening, influencing positive team dynamics
- Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal.
