Construction Manager
Salas O'Brien
• Oversee end-to-end construction oversight and project execution • Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordinate with the design team • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized HVAC, generator, and utility solutions • Develop client Method of Procedures for project execution • Review construction drawings, maintain schedules, and update the client portal
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward
- Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks
- Basic understanding of Building Automation/ Management systems
- Previous experience with commissioning, a plus
- Previous experience in a mission-critical facility, desired
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules, budgets, and meeting notes
