• Define and drive end-to-end mobile test strategy, including test data, coverage, defect trends, and root cause analysis. • Build, maintain, and scale automation frameworks for iOS and Android (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback. • Test mobile applications on real devices using cloud labs (BrowserStack) to measure battery usage, network performance (3G/4G/5G), and memory leaks. • Perform backend API testing to validate data integrity between the mobile front-end and servers. • Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and cover gaps beyond automated coverage. • Mentor junior QA engineers and elevate the quality standards across the team.

Role Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to join a cross-functional Agile team supporting a custom healthcare application and a major modernization effort. This is a true hybrid role requiring someone who can both define requirements and validate them through testing, with a strong focus on understanding business logic end-to-end. - Split time between writing and refining user stories, gathering requirements, and working in Azure DevOps. - Create and execute manual test cases across UI, APIs, and SQL data. - Support ongoing enhancements, production defect resolution, and a legacy-to-cloud transformation (Angular/.NET). - Ensure clear traceability between requirements and testing.
