• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers. • Oversee project assignments and performance to ensure deadlines and quality are met. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Serve as the go-to expert for graphics production workflows and our content management system. • Establish and refine best practices for project kick-off, execution, QA, and delivery. • Identify and resolve complex production challenges across multiple product lines. • Manage key accounts strategically by overseeing clear, proactive communication to set and align client expectations. • Monitor client satisfaction by soliciting feedback, responding swiftly, and adapting service delivery so clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the partnership. • Partner with Sales and Product teams to present capabilities and support business growth. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience in visual production, media, or Prop Tech environments.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Deep technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering workflows, and production tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects through completion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Role Description The Mortgage Branch Manager performs a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans and management of sales team. The Mortgage Branch Manager is expected to meet or exceed the standards and objectives defined by the management for mortgage loan sales and cross-selling. The Mortgage Branch Manager is expected to provide excellent customer service and leadership as well as manage his/her pipeline accordingly. Role Description The Deployment Manager supports software release, deployment coordination, and operational transition activities for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This role is responsible for managing integrated release activities, coordinating deployments across multiple environments, ensuring compliance with VA release management processes, and facilitating communication between development, testing, operations, and regional office stakeholders.
