Licensing Specialist

OneDigital

Role Description This position is responsible for assisting with agency and agent licensing and continuing education compliance. This includes: - Agent licensing, new and renewals - Agent onboarding - CE reminders - Other related licensing duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - Order new licenses. - Submit license renewals through vendor or state websites. - Agent onboarding. - Submit affiliation, termination, change of name or address notices to regulators. - Communicate and work with agents regarding licenses and CE. - Other related licensing support. - Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications - Must be willing to work EST hours. - Experience in the insurance industry; licensing experience preferred. - Outstanding administrative and detail skills. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Strong team ethic. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Able to meet deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in insurance licensing. - Intermediate Excel skills. - Some college experience preferred.
