• Own Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process — from intake call with hiring managers to offer negotiation — for technical positions (Cloud Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Architects, etc.). • Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels, specifically targeting the US/Canadian tech talent market. • Technical Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews that go beyond resume-matching — validate technical background, seniority level, and role fit before presenting candidates to hiring managers. • Maintain the "Trusted Advisor" Standard: Filter out unqualified or poorly-matched candidates before they reach the client. Ruthlessly protect the client relationship by only submitting candidates who genuinely fit the role. • ATS & Pipeline Management: Keep candidate data clean, updated, and properly tagged in the ATS — status changes, notes, and next steps must be accurate and current at all times. • Client & Hiring Manager Coordination: Manage expectations, share market feedback, and adjust search criteria in real time based on hiring manager input. • Offer Management & Closing: Handle offer negotiation, counter-offer conversations, and candidate closing with a high placement success rate.
• Execute "Sniper" Campaigns: Run hyper-segmented outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn based on strict departmental playbooks (Engineering, Finance, HR, Product, etc.). • Advanced Apollo Data Management: Take raw data exports and aggressively sanitize variables. You will ensure that company name suffixes (e.g., “Acme Corp, LLC” → “Acme”) and complex job titles are perfectly normalized before any message launches. • Maintain the "Cynical Peer" Illusion: Ruthlessly filter out corporate sales fluff, automated AI patterns, and bad formatting that triggers a prospect’s internal spam filter. • Data Routing & Sequence Logic: Manage conditional multi-channel branching logic within Apollo based on prospect personas, intent data, and LinkedIn connection status. • Lead Generation & Qualification: Manage initial responses, handle objections with precision, and book qualified discovery calls with US/EU technical leaders. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign conversion metrics inside HubSpot and Apollo. You will run clean A/B split tests testing completely different structural angles, not just swapping single words.
• Execute Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Run personalized outbound sequences across email and personal LinkedIn profiles based on our established playbooks. • Target Research: Research and identify high-fit accounts and contacts within our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on highly tailored messaging for technical buyers. • Lead Generation: Book qualified discovery calls with technical decision-makers at US and EU companies. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, and conversion to booked calls) inside HubSpot and Apollo to identify bottlenecks. • Iterative Refinement: Test, iterate, and document minor sequence variations to steadily improve outbound performance based on real-world data. • Autonomous Reporting: Bring your numbers directly to weekly 1:1s, providing data, asking questions, and offering clear updates on what is converting.
• Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using Python and SQL • Developing and managing data models within Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse • Creating, publishing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders • Collaborating with analysts and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance across ingestion and transformation layers

• Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads using Amazon ECS (Elastic Container Service) and Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery workflows. • Develop and manage Docker container images, registries (ECR), and container lifecycle best practices. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost. • Enforce security best practices across containerized environments (IAM roles, network policies, secrets management). • Collaborate with software engineers to containerize applications and migrate workloads to ECS/EKS. • Manage Kubernetes cluster configurations, namespaces, Helm charts, and service mesh integrations. • Define and maintain observability standards using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
• Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment • Operate model registries, feature stores, and experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B) • Build scalable model serving infrastructure on Kubernetes and cloud platforms • Implement CI/CD workflows for ML models, including testing and rollback strategies • Monitor production models — drift detection, alerting, and retraining pipelines • Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to ship ML solutions faster
