• You support the marketing team in the operational execution of our performance creatives (1M+ ad spend), with a clear focus on Meta. • You use AI to significantly accelerate research, idea generation, copy variants, and creative derivations. • You translate performance data (provided by our Head of Marketing) into structured creative concepts for video and static ads. • You understand which mechanics in static ads drive attention (visual hierarchy, contrast, message clarity, text-to-image ratio) and which factors determine performance in video ads (hook, pace, structure, story). • From these insights, you develop — with AI support — numerous creative variants that are systematically tested and iteratively scale the ad account. • You produce performance videos with an AI-first approach. • You use common AI tools for video and image generation to efficiently develop script approaches, visual concepts, hook variants, text overlays, and messaging. • You combine existing footage, UGC, stock material, and AI-generated assets into scalable video ads. • You develop static ads as a standalone performance channel. With the help of AI, you create visual concepts, headlines, claims, and layout variants and systematically derive additional tests from a strong static asset.
