• Respond to student inquiries via the platform. • Manage inquiries related to all stages of the student academic journey, from enrollment to graduation. • Clarify doubts and provide support on financial and academic matters. • Proactively assist in identifying and resolving student issues and requests. • Work efficiently to resolve issues, minimizing impact and ensuring student satisfaction. • Actively contribute to team efforts to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure operational effectiveness and quality of service. • Ensure all interactions are clear, direct, and respectful. • Deliver high-quality service addressing students’ academic and financial needs. • Resolve problems efficiently to ensure student satisfaction and retention. • Work in synergy with the team to meet goals, fostering understanding and cooperation. • Perform administrative tasks and document control. • Maintain organization of documents. • Develop clear and objective communication with students and suppliers to resolve issues. • Demonstrate proactivity in problem-solving and seek improvements in administrative processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative mindset, commitment, flexibility, adaptability to change, emotional intelligence, creative thinking, ownership mentality, interpersonal skills, and resilience.

Role Description Intake Clinicians play a vital role within the company as they are the initial clinical contact.
