Qualifications - A master's degree in the Human Services field. - Full or Associate Licensure in state of practice; full licensure preferred. - 2+ years’ experience working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility. - Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required. Requirements - Obtaining Informed Consent from clients. - Facilitating acceptance of client Informed Consent documents from patient portal. - Ensuring all documentation is completed prior to the start of the Intake Assessment. - Conducting assessments using PHQ and Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale. - Gathering relevant clinical data for preliminary diagnosis. - Justifying diagnoses using DSMV criteria. - Maintaining accurate and concise documentation of client interactions. - Making clinically justified recommendations for treatment plans. - Facilitating linkage of clients to recommended services. - Identifying client’s current risk level and maintaining client safety through crisis intervention. - Attending monthly supervision and weekly Intake Clinical Meetings. - Maintaining Key Performance Indicator expectations. - Assisting and covering other staff as necessary.
