• Drive Growth: Engage new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals within your assigned territory. • Strategic Selling: Leverage both existing networks and new channels to identify and pursue meaningful sales opportunities. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and deliver a cohesive client • Lead with Insight: Deliver insightful product demos and meetings that speak directly to a client’s challenges and goals. • Educate and Empower: Clearly articulate the value of our platform, educating clients on how it supports their success and streamlines their work. • Consultative Approach: Build authentic relationships with prospective clients by listening, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. • Manage Pipeline: Take ownership of your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and help drive team alignment through transparent reporting. • Enhance Customer Experience: Champion our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and results-driven client journey. • Partner with BDRs: Work closely with Business Development Representatives to align on lead qualification and outbound strategies.

Job Requirements

  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, especially within the fintech or financial services sector, is a plus.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience—what matters most is your ability to deliver results and grow in the role.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a related SaaS environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support client and team engagement.
