Job Requirements
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences.
- Experience in SaaS sales, especially within the fintech or financial services sector, is a plus.
- A commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience—what matters most is your ability to deliver results and grow in the role.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a related SaaS environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support client and team engagement.
