Role Description We are seeking a remote Junior Producer for an upcoming weekly video podcast featuring NFL talent that lives at the intersection of football, anime, gaming, and collectible culture. This is a part-time, seasonal role (15 hrs/week, 35 weeks/year) built for a sharp video editor with deep fluency in card collectibles, anime, and gaming culture — particularly Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. The Junior Producer will own social cutdowns and cross-platform distribution, partner with the Senior Producer and Head of Production on segment ideation, and help shape the show’s visual identity on YouTube and across social platforms. Qualifications - 1–3+ years cutting short-form social video and long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a reel that demonstrates strong pacing, sound design, and visual polish. - Strong proficiency in After Effects or comparable motion graphics tools, with the ability to design and execute clean titles, transitions, lower thirds, and on-brand visual treatments. - Deep, current knowledge of card collectibles, anime, and gaming culture, with particular fluency in the Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering communities — their trends, language, and creators. - Genuine interest in and current knowledge of the NFL — players, storylines, and the broader football media landscape. - Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and the cross-platform short-form workflow (Shorts, TikTok, Reels, X). Requirements - Cut and finish 7+ social clips and 3–4 long-form VODs per episode in Adobe Premiere Pro, with motion graphics, on-brand titles, and the pacing and polish of a top-tier creator channel. - Publish and manage output across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X — including caption writing, scheduling, and day-to-day community engagement. - Build and maintain the show’s social content calendar, aligning clip drops, VOD releases, and tentpole moments with the weekly publishing cadence. - Generate social-first segment ideas in coordination with the Senior Producer and Head of Production, with an eye toward what is trending in gaming, collectibles, and NFL communities online. - Manage the show’s YouTube Studio presence, including VOD uploads, chapter timecodes, end screens, thumbnail coordination, and audience engagement. Nice to Have - Prior experience working on a recurring podcast or YouTube show. - Graphic design abilities in Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails and social assets. - An existing footprint in collectibles, gaming, or NFL communities online.

The Agency Associate will assist on a variety of projects, with an emphasis on video editing and social distribution. This is a full-time role for a rising content creator with a passion for sports. - Assist on production and distribution for a number of partner podcasts. - Handle content creation and distribution for emerging and established podcasts in the NFL space. - Must be plugged into the league to truly excel in this role. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience creating content. - Adobe Premiere fluency. - Interest in & Knowledge of the NFL media landscape & social trends. - Willingness to work some nights and weekends. Requirements - Cut 15-20 reels and 5-10 longform VODs per week in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Publish and manage output across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X — including caption writing, scheduling, and day-to-day community engagement. - Create video thumbnails and on-screen graphics for vertical videos. This is a part-time contractor role (20 hours/week) ideal for a designer with a strong eye for modern, high-impact visuals, particularly within sports and digital media. The ideal candidate is a fast, detail-oriented designer who can create compelling graphics, maintain brand consistency, and develop engaging thumbnails that drive audience growth and engagement across podcast and social platforms. Core Responsibilities - Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives. Develop on-screen graphics and visual assets for digital content. - YouTube Optimization: Create compelling YouTube thumbnails and podcast artwork optimized for engagement. - Branding: Support branding initiatives, including layout systems, visual identity elements, and templates. Role Description The 33rd Team is seeking Coaching & Scouting Interns to join the Product track of our Internship Program. This role is built for aspiring football professionals who want to develop the film evaluation skills, scouting discipline, and football intelligence that define successful coaches and scouts at the professional level. Interns will contribute directly to our proprietary data product through live scouting and film study, while working alongside coaching, scouting, and analytics staff. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for football, a long-term aspiration to coach or lead within the game, and the coachability to grow into a football professional. - Contribute to the scouting data collection process through live data collection and backdated integration, accurately logging information that powers our product. - Study and evaluate game film to support football operations and identify player and team tendencies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with coaching, scouting, and analytics staff to support football operations and product initiatives. - Develop the foundational film evaluation skills and scouting discipline that define great coaches and scouts. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (sophomore, junior, or senior standing). - Deep passion for football and strong understanding of scheme concepts, positional roles, and player evaluation. - Long-term aspiration to coach, scout, or lead within football. - Highly coachable with a genuine desire to sharpen your football mind. - Exceptional attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
