• Support our US-based clients through chat (primary), with occasional email and voice calls • Help new clients get started and confidently use the platform • Notice patterns in client questions and help us improve our documentation, onboarding, and product • Review usage data and support metrics, and share insights with our team • Work closely with our Management and engineering team to surface ideas, bugs, and opportunities • Build and maintain knowledge resources so our team and clients keep getting better experiences

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written English; comfortable and confident on calls when needed
  • Strong comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple reports)
  • Clear, patient communication and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Critical thinking and the ability to figure things out independently
  • A learning mindset and pride in doing good work
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in roles that required thinking, analysis, or teaching
  • Nice to have: Background in teaching, tutoring, instructional design, or corporate training
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, US real estate, or property data
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, training materials, or knowledge bases
  • Self-taught skills you are proud of (this tells us you love to learn)
