• Coordinate and execute all recruiting systems as directed by management. • Administer the agent referral program. • Track and document recruiting activities using designated systems. • Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods. • Build and maintain networking sources and centers of influence. • Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations. • Implement passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling. • Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience.

- Fluent English Proficiency
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years
- Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
