Senior QA Analyst – Support

• Execute QA testing activities for the SLAMNET-Parcel implementation in Mexico, based on defined test plans, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Create, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, test results, and supporting evidence for SLAMNET-Parcel functionalities. • Validate that system functionality supports Mexico Brokerage operational needs, including parcel processing, exception handling, data flows, and business rules. • Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, screenshots, logs, and business impact when applicable. • Support defect triage by working with the QA Lead, vendor, technical teams, and business users to clarify issues and validate fixes. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing as required during the implementation lifecycle. • Provide second-level support for SLAMNET-Parcel by analyzing reported issues, validating whether they are functional defects, user issues, data issues, or configuration-related problems. • Support business users during testing and stabilization by helping reproduce issues, documenting findings, and coordinating follow-up with the QA Lead. • Maintain accurate testing documentation, defect logs, issue status, and validation evidence. • Participate in daily or weekly implementation status meetings, providing updates on assigned test activities, open issues, risks, and blockers. • Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities, including production issue validation and coordination with vendor support teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, Business QA Analyst, or Application Support Analyst in system implementation or production support environments.
- Knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes, customs clearance, parcel operations, logistics, or transportation workflows is required.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into test cases, validation steps, and expected results.
- Experience executing functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, defect validation, and UAT support.
- Experience documenting defects clearly and working with technical teams or vendors to support issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot application issues and determine whether issues are related to functionality, configuration, data, process, or user execution.
- Familiarity with QA/test management or issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly to business and technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple assigned test cases or support tickets simultaneously.
- English and Spanish communication skills preferred.

Role Description A Day in the Life: - Lead penetration testing planning and execution in a regulated financial services environment, coordinating closely with the Solutions Architect to align on scope, timing, and remediation priorities. - Design and own the automated testing strategy for a large-scale enterprise financial platform, establishing the full test automation framework — tooling, architecture, and standards — from the ground up in the first month of engagement. - Define and enforce quality gates at the sprint and release level across distributed delivery teams, ensuring consistent standards are applied across all workflows through go-live. - Build and maintain front-end and API automation test suites using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tooling. - Develop security test automation, including vulnerability scan scripting and automated compliance evidence collection structured for regulatory review. - Ensure test execution outputs are audit-ready, packaging evidence in alignment with BaFin, GDPR, and ISO 27001 control requirements. - Lead UAT and regression test cycles ahead of go-live milestones, managing coverage across all platform workflows. - Collaborate cross-functionally with development pods and stakeholders to continuously raise the quality baseline and close gaps before they reach production. Qualifications - Deep expertise in test automation framework design and implementation for enterprise web platforms, including front-end and API automation. - Proven ability to plan and execute penetration testing engagements in regulated financial services environments. - Hands-on experience establishing automated testing standards for distributed delivery teams from the ground up. - Working knowledge of BaFin, GDPR, and ISO 27001 control requirements and how they apply to test evidence collection. - Ability to define and enforce quality gates at the sprint and release level across multiple parallel teams. - Strong consultative and collaborative approach to working across development pods, security stakeholders, and architecture leads. - Security test automation skills including vulnerability scan scripting and automated compliance evidence packaging. - Desire to own quality outcomes end-to-end, from framework setup through go-live regression cycles. - Hunger for continuous learning in an evolving regulatory and security landscape. - Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
