• Ensure on-screen presentations are up to Cinemark standards • Ensure equipment is operating to Cinemark standards for projection and audio systems • Perform routine preventative maintenance, repairs and emergency service on digital cinema and audio equipment • Train TTA and management on operation and maintenance of projection and sound equipment • Ensure all TOP Center directives are being implemented in theaters • Respond to off screen emergency and service tickets assigned by the TOP Center • Participate or assist with special projects, screenings, and events when needed • Install projection and sound equipment for new theater openings and projects • Communicate professionally with theaters and supervisors • Complete all administrative duties by required deadlines • Order parts when necessary to keep theaters compliant with Cinemark standards

• Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a process-based Quality Management System. • Assisting in the design, documentation, and optimization of operational processes using Lean and quality principles (process mapping, standardization, waste reduction). • Assisting, completing, and overseeing corrective action and root cause analysis. • Assisting, completing, and overseeing improvement plan development and monitoring. • Compiling and monitoring process performance data for improvement opportunities. • Performing with risk assessments and monitoring mitigation plans. • Supporting with management review preparation and execution. • Leading operational process improvement projects including mapping/modelling, design, analysis, performance monitoring and improvement, and integrating these processes into a Quality Management System (QMS) framework. • Collaborating with cross functional teams (Operations, IT, Pharmacy, Patient Programs) to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and compliant.

• Test web and mobile apps manually and with automated scripts to make sure everything works as expected. • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand new features and help plan testing early in the process. • Write and maintain test cases to cover new features and existing functionality, making sure we have strong test coverage. • Find and report bugs clearly, helping developers understand what went wrong and how to fix it. • Keep track of bugs from the moment they are found to when they are fixed and confirmed. • Provide test support for the development team throughout all stages of development. • Improve our test automation by writing new tests and improving the testing framework (mostly in JavaScript). • Participate in code and test reviews, offering suggestions and learning from teammates. • Help define and improve QA processes, making sure our testing is efficient and reliable. • Take part in release testing, ensuring each new version is high-quality and ready for users. • Take full responsibility for the quality of part of the product. • Work on backend (API) and frontend testing, mobile apps. • Make suggestions for improvements based on your test results and user feedback. • Make status and quality reporting in daily meetings. Communicate on any risks from a QA perspective that could affect the future release.

• Diseñar, validar y mejorar frameworks de evaluación para agentes de IA. • Implementar suites de pruebas automatizadas y regresión para modelos generativos. • Definir y monitorear métricas de calidad relacionadas con: Relevancia, Fidelidad, Coherencia, Precisión y Hallucinations. • Construir sistemas de evaluación tipo “LLM-as-a-Judge”. • Establecer benchmarks de desempeño para nuevos modelos y agentes existentes. • Validar actualizaciones de prompts, modelos y pipelines RAG. • Colaborar con equipos de IA y desarrollo para definir criterios de aceptación (pass/fail). • Analizar resultados de evaluación y proponer mejoras continuas. • Generar reportes métricos y trazabilidad sobre la calidad de los agentes.
