Role Description FWI is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (USACE HNC) under the Real Property Support Services (RPSS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This is your opportunity to put your Real Property systems expertise to work on a high-visibility federal contract — serving as the technical backbone for DoD installations across the country as they work to maintain the accurate, audit-ready data they depend on for sustainment funding, facility planning, and compliance. This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some travel might be required. - Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned Real Property system of record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMs, RPLANS, INFADS, ISR-I, PRIDE, ASIP, BUILDER, GIS) - Perform data entry, data review, quality control, and reporting within assigned systems - Obtain and maintain all required system roles and access credentials — including, for GFEBS: Real Property Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, BI Plant, and Property & Equipment Reporter - Complete system-specific training and access provisioning as efficiently as possible - Conduct field validation and physical inspection of Real Property assets where required - Prepare and maintain asset documentation including DD1354s, Memorandums for Record (MFR), Attestation Memos, and asset photographs - Support audit readiness reviews and data quality initiatives Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the specific DoD Real Property system of record you will support — this experience must be within the last 24 months (last 12 months preferred) - Deep proficiency in all underlying modules of your assigned system - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management tools - Familiarity with DoD Real Property management practices and audit standards (GAAS) - Experience creating Real Property asset documentation (DD1354, MFR, Attestation Memos) preferred - IAT Level I professional certification Requirements - Experience supporting DoD audit readiness or FIAR compliance efforts - Background in DoD installation operations or Directorate of Public Works (DPW) - Military service or prior work as a DoD civilian in a Real Property role Benefits - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - 401(k) Plan - Holiday Pay - Paid Time Off Company Description FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
