Job Description

Founder's Associate Intern

Beglaubigt.de

Role Description Legal processes in Germany and Europe are still slow, fragmented, and deeply offline — notarizations, company formations, registrations, certified translations, business addresses, and more. Beglaubigt is rebuilding this infrastructure from the ground up: digital-first, API-ready, and designed to operate at internet speed. Backed by Y Combinator, we process thousands of cases per year and work with banks, platforms, and service providers across Europe. - You will work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives. This is not a pure “marketing internship.” It is a founder-side growth operator role. - Support performance marketing initiatives and experiments - Analyze funnel metrics, cohorts, and conversion drivers - Optimize lead generation across channels (e.g., LinkedIn) - Maintain and improve CRM structures (HubSpot) - Support automation workflows (e.g., Make) - Prepare dashboards, reports, and decision materials - Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey - Help turn data into actionable growth initiatives Qualifications - You think in funnels and full customer journeys – not isolated campaigns - You work data-driven and form hypotheses before you execute - You ship fast, measure results, and iterate based on what you learn - You feel comfortable in an environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities - You communicate clearly, concisely, and to the point - Measurable outcomes aren't a buzzword for you – they're what drives you Requirements - A background in business, economics, marketing, or a related field - Experience in performance marketing or growth projects - First exposure to CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) - An understanding of automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) - Experience with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) - Initiative that shows in your own projects, ventures, or leadership roles - A degree from a top university (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, LMU) is a plus, but not a must - Fluent in German and English Benefits - Direct exposure to founder-level growth decisions - Hands-on experience building a real marketing engine - High ownership and steep learning curve - Workations and team offsites - A high-performance environment Company Description Wir sind beglaubigt – Europas erster digitaler Notar.
