• Lead end-to-end discovery and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities • Shape deal strategy and technical win plans in partnership with Account Executives • Design solution architectures that integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, data platforms, identity, analytics) • Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to executive priorities and buying criteria • Navigate matrixed buying committees across marketing, IT, analytics, security, and procurement • Serve as a lead contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning • Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI • Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching, shadowing, and structured feedback • Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and solution briefs to improve team consistency • Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on enterprise deal learnings
