• Assist customers with questions and recommendations • Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register • Maintain security of cash and protect company assets • Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise • Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
  • Must meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
