• Manage 2 different brands and relative networks in assigned region • Propose network changes / areas for improvement based on analysis of current business processes • Evaluate, develop, support, drive, shape and consult several exclusive dealer networks of different CE product groups • Constantly monitor, develop and evaluate the dealer network performance and development • Initiate and manage network restructuring processes when necessary • Be the first response contact for dealer questions in respect to product, sales and marketing • Support dealer and represent brands in customer visits • Collaborate with the back office to establish brand awareness and market reputation • Monitor, drive and develop conform market appearance of all sales-partners • Be the back-office’s ear in the market and monitor/report the development of new trends • Plan, discuss and agree a marketing plan with dealers in the region of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as area sales manager / district manager / sales manager in the field of construction equipment through exclusive dealer network is a must
- Experience in exclusive dealer network management in the industrial goods sector
- Understanding of the functionalities within a dealership
- Good technical understanding (industrial machinery)
- Knowledge of the characteristics of the CE (Construction Equipment) market (in general and regional)
- Native German, Fluent English
- Ability to Lead the dealer network
- Capability to translate market trends into business strategy
- Ability to drive team spirit

Role Description As a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) at Imagine Pediatrics, you will work with the families of children with special healthcare needs, providing case management services for members enrolled in Imagine Pediatrics care model. You will work alongside pediatricians, nurses, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
