Role Description The Field Service Manager will oversee approximately 25 accounts across the Midwest, requiring deep technical expertise in commercial laundry equipment and a 50% travel commitment. This remote role involves training distributor technicians, managing quality resolutions, and applying strategic problem-solving to maintain strong customer-supplier relationships. Candidates must be self-starters residing in or willing to relocate to the region to succeed in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This role can be based in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Indiana. The team you will be a part of The Field Service team in Commercial Laundry serves as the critical technical link between the factory and the end-user, ensuring that proprietary equipment is installed, calibrated, and maintained to manufacturer specifications. This team focuses on protecting brand integrity by providing authorized technical training, managing warranty issues, and delivering high-level diagnostic support for complex commercial systems. Their primary objective is to maximize equipment longevity and "First Time Fix" rates, ensuring that laundry facilities remain profitable and operational. This role in summary The Field Service Manager will oversee approximately 25 accounts across the Northwest U.S. and Western Canada, requiring deep technical expertise in commercial laundry equipment and a 50% travel commitment. This remote role involves training distributor technicians, managing quality resolutions, and applying strategic problem-solving to maintain strong customer-supplier relationships. Candidates must be self-starters residing in or willing to relocate to the region to succeed in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
