• Lead CRM strategy sessions with clients to design high-converting sales and intake processes • Translate business goals into CRM workflows (pipelines, automations, lead routing, calendars) • Educate clients on CRM best practices across sales, marketing, and operations • Act as a trusted advisor to practice owners and intake teams • Build and optimize systems in HighLevel, including: Pipelines and opportunity stages Automations and workflows Forms, calendars, and lead routing Email/SMS sequences Tracking, attribution, and reporting • Audit and improve existing CRM setups to eliminate inefficiencies and errors • Ensure all builds are scalable, simple, and aligned with company standards • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base • Act as the escalation point for complex CRM and automation issues • Troubleshoot integrations, workflows, and data flow problems • Support and mentor junior team members • Partner with Account Managers, Ads, Web, SEO, and Support teams • Ensure CRM systems align with lead generation efforts and client journeys • Maintain clear documentation and internal handoffs

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with HighLevel CRM (required)
  • 2+ years in customer support
  • 2+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
  • Strong experience building:
  • Sales pipelines
  • Automation systems
  • Lead follow-up workflows
  • Booking/intake processes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client-facing communication skills (fluent English)
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
