Role Description Analyze, evaluate, document and monitor credit risk of proposed and existing customers. - Obtains loan request information from loan officer to analyze credit information, financial statements and other related information pertaining to a new loan and prepares the preliminary analysis for the loan officer. - Reviews personal and business financial statements and tax returns to assess the global financial position of the borrower. - Prepare written analysis, spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions on new and existing customers. - Prepares and presents loan reviews on existing relationships to evaluate liquidity, capacity and potential risk. - Assist loan officers with obtaining financial information from customers upon request. - Consults with management to assist in risk management and strategic planning. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent combination of coursework and work experience. - Knowledge of financial statement data and statistical analysis. - Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through. - Strong computer skills including Excel and Word. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Strong financial, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Role Description The Commercial Processor is responsible for Loan Processing/Servicing for the Commercial/Consumer Loan Department. - Prepare, book, detail and maintain commercial loan files. - Prepare, book, detail and maintain consumer loan files. - Prepare, book, detail and maintain BHG loan files. - Verify the underwriting of loan files. - Balance and prepare closing document packages. - Set up payment method (i.e. coupon book, auto transfer). - Ensure all titles, mortgages, UCC, and pertinent documentation requirements are met, and loan is properly recorded with county and state offices. - Set up and maintain loan participations with participant banks. - Cross Train with Administrative Assistants. - Scan and verify loan files. - Other duties as assigned. • The Data Management Analyst supports the Data Management team across database administration, reporting, automation, and enterprise data operations. • This role assists with the creation, maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of databases and data platforms that securely store and manage large volumes of enterprise data. • The analyst supports data workflow automation, job scheduling, and report distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Working closely with senior data management, reporting, and analytics staff, the role contributes to system enhancements, process documentation, and responses to data-related requests. • Key responsibilities include assisting with data collection and analysis, documenting process flows, and implementing simple logic or code changes under guidance. • The role also supports database performance and data accuracy testing to ensure systems operate as intended. • Additionally, the Data Management Analyst helps maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and data standards, ensuring updates and improvements are clearly documented and aligned with organizational governance and business needs.

• Assist the Vendor Management Department with day-to-day tasks related to the Bank’s TPRM Program. • Work closely with other members of the Vendor Management team to complete all required reviews and due diligence gathers to ensure the Bank’s compliance with industry best practices and auditor requirements. • Coordinate with department leads throughout the Bank to keep their vendors up to date. • Support the Vendor Management Department in day-to-day functions of TPRM. • Work with department leads throughout the Bank to collect vendor due diligence and complete vendor reviews as needed. • Aid the Vendor Management Department in completion of projects and tasks as assigned and needed. • Develop knowledge and complete trainings/verifications to stay on top of changing compliance requirements and industry best practices. • Coordinate with other Vendor Management members to complete TPRM requirements efficiently and effectively.

• Plan, design, build and maintain websites for 7 bank divisions, 2 subsidiaries, and corporate needs. • Ensure websites are optimized for a seamless user experience across devices, with a strong emphasis on security, accessibility and compliance. • Work closely with IT and development teams to implement functional and compliant web strategies and plugins. • Regularly maintain and update websites to align with evolving financial products, services, and compliance requirements. • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web development tools (HTML, CSS, and WordPress). • Design visually engaging marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, reports, in-branch signage and displays, and social media content, supporting 7 divisions, 2 subsidiaries, and corporate teams. • Develop cohesive branding assets such as logos, infographics, and presentation visuals, ensuring consistency across all organizational branches. • Collaborate with fellow marketing team members, as well as other departments such as compliance, product specialists, executive management, etc., to execute design strategies tailored to the needs of diverse audiences while meeting industry standards.

• Perform a broad range of analyses, including quantitative analysis of bank and customer data • Responsible for retrieving data and efficiently performing moderate to complex HMDA and CRA analysis • Develop and maintain various management reports • Design and maintain key compliance management dashboards • Perform comparative file reviews • Evaluate exception reporting to assess risk and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
