Sales Manager – Quantum Solutions
Quantum Machines
• Meet and exceed annual bookings targets based on a geographically assigned territory, including the development of large, existing, strategic accounts and discovery of new prospect accounts • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead to deal closing to repeat purchasing • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas • Be the spearhead of communicating our value proposition to potential customers in the academic and commercial sectors of the industry • Uncover customer needs and ensure we provide the necessary products, tools and technical resources to help them achieve their ambitious goals and ensure our ongoing competitiveness • Coordinate with various internal teams on complex customer tenders, bids, and other agreements • Leverage go-to-market resources (i.e. solution physicists, marketing, professional material, evaluation program, etc.) effectively and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business • Maintain an accurate and up to date view of all leads and opportunities under your ownership; provide reports as needed
Job Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience as a successful, growth-oriented salesperson with emphasis in new business expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation in English
- Background in physics and or electrical engineering, understanding of quantum computing
- Willingness to travel to customers and prospects on a regular basis
- Knowledge and experience in market research, sales cycle management and negotiations
- Ability to build relationships of trust
- Organizational and time-management skills; High level of independence
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation in Korean is a strong advantage

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager for our North Central region. You will be responsible for positioning Torq’s security solution within our Strategic prospects and customers, and for developing a comprehensive account strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth. This is a remote position based in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. - Sell an AI SOC platform transforming SecOps from triage through remediation. - Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities. - Execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. - Develop and build close long-term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners. - Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stakeholders. Qualifications - 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software. - A measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets. - Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions and ability to adapt to fast-growing and changing environments. - Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills. - Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. - Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICC. • Manage a territory, comprising of OEM focused salespeople & iReps which meets its volume growth (balanced selling), price/quality/margin, cost and customer satisfaction objectives. • Provide consistent disciplined, local execution of the OEM strategy and programs meeting local coverage targets across ABB’s BUs and customer needs. • Direct the implementation of aggressive measures to achieve sales to OEM customers, systems and services in the assigned geography. • Ensure individual BU sales targets are met or exceeded and that net margin maximizes profits within the geography. • Oversee OEM planning and ensures that strategies are aligned with the District and US growth objectives. • Manage the OEM sales team for the Northeast. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with OEM customers at all levels. • Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin. • Conduct & support sales team on technical presentations to create preference for ABB. • Introduce new products to existing customer base and identify target customers. • Assess Performance with annual performance reviews for all OEM personnel, and create necessary development plan for all employees in geography including technical and professional training. • Measure/monitor OEM Conversions, pipeline progression and product mix within OEM segment, collaborating with the OEM BDMs.
