• Reporting directly to the Director of Merchandising and Product Compliance, the Product Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and managing regulatory compliance across BEL USA’s promotional product portfolio. • This role ensures that all products meet applicable safety, chemical, labeling, and marketplace requirements while supporting product development, sourcing, and go-to-market initiatives. • This role plays a critical part in mitigating risk and protecting the company by ensuring accurate product testing, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and enforcing compliance standards across a high-volume SKU environment. • The Product Compliance Manager works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Operations, and factory partners to drive regulatory adherence, support product selection decisions, and establish scalable compliance processes that enable efficient and compliant growth across all sales channels.

• Review and credibly challenge internal responses to consumer complaints and potential issues from the operations team and guide them regarding a wide variety of regulatory requirements, including (but not limited to) credit reporting, disputes, bankruptcy, fair lending, UDAAP; • Review customer complaints to identify root cause, analyze trends, and find opportunities for product and process improvements to fix recurring issues; • Work with cross-functional partners to address compliance concerns and bring to senior management, when required; • Assist with metrics reporting and provide input on process improvement; • Support other key compliance and risk management projects, as needed.

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit or external audit. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, computer information systems or related field. - Recent public accounting background from a Big 4 Firm. - Strong understanding of SOX 404 and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT). - Experience testing SOX controls. - CPA (equivalent), CIA, CISA, or other relevant certifications.
