Role Description We're looking for a Jr. Account Strategist to join our growing client services team. You'll manage a portfolio of law firm clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their marketing initiatives are on track, on brand, and delivering results. You'll work closely with our internal team of creatives, developers, and paid media specialists, translating client goals into clear direction and keeping projects moving. This is not a sales role. You won't be prospecting or closing deals — your focus is retaining and growing existing client relationships through great service and smart marketing. The right person for this role is genuinely curious about how digital marketing works, comfortable digging into campaign performance, and motivated by client success rather than commission. You don't need to have all the answers yet, but you need to know how to find them and who to loop in. What you'll do - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients, managing communication, expectations, and relationships. - Coordinate with internal teams including creative, dev, SEO, and paid media to ensure client deliverables are scoped, assigned, and completed on time. - Participate in client calls and meetings, taking clear notes, tracking action items, and following up diligently. - Monitor campaign and project performance and flag anything that needs attention before clients notice it. - Help prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates. - Support senior strategists on larger, more complex accounts while owning your own smaller accounts independently. - Develop a working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, social, and web so you can speak credibly to clients about their campaigns. Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role, with agency background a strong plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and professionalism in every client interaction. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, you track everything and let nothing slip. - Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without getting flustered. - A collaborative team player who works well across departments and knows when to escalate. - Genuine curiosity about digital marketing and a desire to understand what's working and why. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment where things move quickly and priorities can shift. Requirements - Bonus skills (nice to have): - Exposure to SEO, paid media, or social media marketing. - Familiarity with SEO and reporting tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Business Profile. - Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion. - Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services. - Experience using CRM or client reporting platforms. Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Company-sponsored 401(k) with matching. - Flexible work schedule, work when and where you're most productive as long as deliverables are met. - Up to $500 reimbursement for pet adoption fees or vaccinations. - Technology stipend for equipment setup. - Professional development opportunities.
